Alchemy was never about magic. It was the first discipline to treat transformation as a science, the belief that raw, unremarkable matter could be refined, through precise process and patient craft, into something of enduring value. That is exactly our business.
Founders come to us with base material: a product with promise but no name, a company with ambition but no story, a formula that works in the lab but has never met a shelf. Our job is the transmutation, turning that raw material into a brand with gravity, a strategy with momentum, and a product that performs.
We chose the name Maison Alchemy deliberately. Maison, because we believe in craftsmanship, patience, and the kind of care an atelier brings to its work, not the churn of a typical agency. Alchemy, because what we do is genuinely transformative, not decorative.
We don't hand you off between departments. The same team that defines your strategy shapes your formula, writes your content, and builds your site, because a brand is not the sum of its vendors. It's the coherence between them.
01
Branding Strategy & Identity
Turn a business into a Brand.
Type
Core Element
Origin
Design Systems, Positioning theory, Semiotics
Typical duration
4–8 weeks
Effects
Positioning · Identity System · Guidelines
Branding Strategy & Identity is the element every other discipline bonds to. Get it wrong, and content, packaging, and campaigns all inherit the confusion.
Before a single visual is designed, we answer the harder questions: What do you stand for? Who is this actually for? What will make someone choose you over the fifty other options in the category? Skip these, and you get a logo people forget. Answer them properly, and the branding becomes almost inevitable.
What's included
01Brand strategy & positioning
02Naming & verbal identity
03Visual identity systems (logo, color, typography, brand world)
04Brand guidelines & governance
05Packaging design
06Brand architecture (for multi-product or multi-market portfolios)
02
Product Development, Formulation and Manufacturing
From concept to shelf-ready, and built to actually work.
Type
Core Element
Origin
Chemistry & Product Design
Typical duration
1–5 months
Effects
Shelf-Ready Product · Compliant Formula · Manufacturing Partner
An idea is not a product, and a beautiful formula that never ships doesn't help anyone. We handle both sides of getting a product to market: the practical decisions that turn a concept into something a customer can buy, and the science that makes sure it performs once they do. Backed by co-founder Mohamed Omer's twenty years in innovation leadership at L'Oréal, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, and Revlon, and four global patents to his name, the formulation expertise is in-house from day one, not outsourced.
07Regulatory compliance across target markets (GCC, EU, US, Africa)
08Claims substantiation support
09Manufacturing & scale-up partner sourcing
10Launch readiness review (positioning, pricing, production alignment)
03
Marketing, Growth & Social Media
Strategy that survives contact with the market.
Type

Origin
Performance marketing, Content strategy, Digital design
Typical duration
1 month – ongoing
Effects
Growth Engine · Digital Presence · Measurable Traction
A strategy deck is not a growth plan, and content without a system behind it is just noise. We build the commercial engine and the visible surface of your brand as one: go-to-market execution, channel planning, content, and your digital experience: voice, visuals, and cadence that turn attention into revenue and keep your audience under your spell.
Before you spend a dollar on execution, you need to know the terrain. We bring rigorous, foresight-driven strategic thinking to every engagement, grounded in real market analysis, not assumptions. If you're already in market, that clarity often starts with a diagnostic: a direct, prioritized audit of your brand, marketing, and product, so you know exactly what's working and what's quietly costing you before anything changes.
What's included
01Brand, marketing & digital audits: a clear-eyed assessment with a prioritized findings report
Specialized Program: for when the need is more focused than a full engagement.
05
Workshops & Facilitation
Sometimes the fastest transmutation happens in a room, not a deck.

Specialized Program
Origin
Facilitation Methodology
Typical duration
1 to 4 days
Effects
Team Commitment · Alignment · Action Plan · Skills Transfer
Not every problem needs a full engagement. Sometimes what a team needs is a focused session (or two) to align, decide, and leave with a plan. Led by our consultants, with hands-on training for founders, executive teams, and CEOs, our workshops deliver real results, not just conversation.
Formats
01Branding Workshop: Align leadership on positioning, brand identity, and voice before a single asset gets designed.
02Portfolio Workshop: Evaluate and prioritize a multi-product or multi-brand portfolio: what to grow, what to fix, what to cut.
03Go-to-Market Workshop: Pressure-test a launch plan: audience, channels, pricing, and sequencing, mapped and stress-tested in a single session.
04Strategic Foresight Workshop: Scenario planning and trend analysis to prepare leadership for what's coming, not just what's now.
05Innovation & Design Thinking Workshop: Structured ideation for new products, services, or business models.
06Custom Executive Workshops: Built around your specific challenge, from team alignment to negotiation to public speaking.
In-person or virtual, half-day to multi-day, for leadership teams, founders, or full organizations.
Specialized Program: for when the need is more focused than a full engagement.

Local Market Presence · Distribution Foothold · Visa-Eligible Structure
For founders looking to move beyond their home market (into the US, Europe, the GCC, Africa, or beyond), expansion is more than picking a new country on a map. Every market has its own regulatory environment, consumer psychology, and way of doing business, and a brand that simply gets copy-pasted across borders rarely survives contact with a new one. We build the real thing in each target market: a defensible, functioning brand and business, not a shell built for paperwork.
In the US specifically, building a genuine, active business can also be a component of certain investment-based visa pathways, such as the E-2 treaty investor visa or the EB-5 immigrant investor program, depending on your nationality, investment level, and how the business is structured. Where that applies, we work in parallel with licensed immigration counsel on visa eligibility and filing, while focused on building a brand that would stand on its own regardless of the visa outcome.
What's included
01Build a global brand presence
02Market entry strategy for target regions worldwide (GCC, EU, US, Africa, and beyond)
03Brand creation or adaptation for the target market
04Business structuring support for market entry, coordinated with local legal or immigration counsel where relevant
05Retail, distribution & partner introductions
06Ongoing brand and growth support post-launch
07Possible eligibility for the E-2 or EB-5 visa
Maison Alchemy is not an immigration law firm and does not provide legal or visa advice. Eligibility for the E-2 or EB-5 visa depends on individual circumstances and is determined solely by immigration counsel and U.S. authorities. We strongly recommend working alongside licensed immigration counsel for any visa or residency process. Our role is building the brand and business that supports it.
